Les habitudes alimentaires des Français évoluent
D’après une enquête de l’Insee (un institut de sondage), les Français consacrent plus de temps à leur alimentation aujourd'hui qu’en 1986 mais ils passent aussi moins de temps en cuisine. Si leur attachement aux trois repas traditionnels reste d’actualité, ils privilégient néanmoins les plats préparés aux produits frais et ont tendance à grignoter entre les repas.

According to a recent study, French people dedicate more time to eating today than they did in 1986, but spend less time in the kitchen. Eventhough they are still attached to having 3 meals a day, French people nowadays give priority to ready made meals over fresh ingredients, and even tend to nibble more in between meals.
